If I register as settled in Dubai, does my Korean resident registration disappear automatically?
Now that I've completed my overseas Korean national registration, I'm confused about what happens to my resident registration back home. I think I heard at some point that it gets cancelled — does anyone know whether that's still the case? I also heard I need to prepare notarised translations alongside it, so I'm curious about that too.

이번에 재외국민 등록 마치고 나니 국내 주민등록이 어떻게 되는지 헷갈립니다.
예전에 말소된다는 얘기를 들었던 것 같은데 요즘도 그런지 아시는 분 계신가요.
