Confused about whether apostille comes after translation
I have to get my degree certificate translated and submitted, and I keep getting confused about whether the translation or the apostille comes first. Every source explains it differently and I can't judge which is right, so I'm asking here. Would appreciate advice from people with experience.

번역 다음에 아포스티유 순서가 헷갈립니다
이번에 학위증명서를 번역해서 제출해야 하는데 번역이 먼저인지 아포스티유가 먼저인지 순서가 계속 헷갈립니다.
자료마다 설명이 달라서 뭐가 맞는 건지 판단이 안 서서 여쭤봅니다.
