Can anyone walk me through overseas-resident registration, the ID card and school documents all at once?
I have to handle my child's school transfer and the overseas Korean resident registration all at the same time, and I don't know where to start. I heard some things have to be done at the consulate and others can be done online, but I'm confused about which is which.

이번에 아이 학교 편입이랑 재외국민 등록까지 한꺼번에 처리해야 하는 상황인데 어디서부터 손대야 할지 감이 안잡혀요.
재외공관 가야하는 것도 있고 온라인으로 되는 것도 있다고 들었는데 정확히 뭐가 뭔지 헷갈려서 여쭤봐요.
