Is it true the overseas Korean certificate can't be applied for by proxy?
While preparing my work visa I'm also looking into certification of my education documents, and I heard the jaeoe dongpo (overseas Korean) confirmation certificate has to be applied for in person. I'm curious whether there really is no way for a family member to apply on my behalf.
