Is it true apostilles don't count for anything here?
I thought the first thing to sort out when getting documents issued in Korea was the apostille, but people around me say it's useless here. Is that actually right, and if so, what should I prepare first?

한국에서 서류 발급받아 오면서 아포스티유부터 챙겨야 하는 줄 알았는데 주변에서 그거 여기선 소용없다는 얘기를 들었습니다. 정말 맞는 얘기인지, 그럼 뭐부터 준비해야 하는지 궁금합니다.
