Where do you get a graduation certificate translated and notarised in Dubai?
I'm changing jobs and have to submit translated copies of my graduation certificate and transcript to a Dubai company, and I'm confused about whether I need to get them translated in Korea beforehand or whether I can use a translation agency here. It's my first time so I can't work out the order.
