Is this true about taxes when you sell property?
I'm planning to sell the apartment I'm living in a few years from now, and an acquaintance told me that the capital gains deductions differ a lot depending on whether you were a resident. I haven't filed as a resident yet, so I want to find out in advance whether that will cause problems later.

부동산 팔 때 세금 이거 진짜인가요
몇 년 뒤에 지금 사는 아파트를 처분할 계획인데 지인이 거주 여부에 따라 양도세 관련 공제가 크게 갈린다고 해서요.
아직 거주자 신고를 안 해둔 상태라 이게 나중에 문제가 될지 미리 알아보고 싶습니다.
