Hiring a housemaid with partial company support — how are these terms?
I'm currently preparing to live in Dubai. The company says it will cover part of the housemaid cost, but it's still unclear whether that covers only the salary or also the extras like insurance, the Emirates ID, and flights. I don't know this area well, so I'd appreciate input from people with experience on what these terms actually mean, what the going rates are by nationality, and which items I absolutely need to check in the contract.

현재 두바이 거주를 준비 중입니다.
회사에서 가사도우미 비용 일부를 지원해준다고 하는데, 지원 항목이 월급에만 해당되는지 아니면 보험·에미레이트ID·항공권 같은 부대 비용까지 포함인지 아직 불명확합니다.
제가 이쪽 조건을 잘 몰라서, 실제로 이 지원 조건이 어떤 의미인지, 국적별 시세는 어떤지, 계약 때 꼭 확인해야 할 항목이 뭔지 경험자 분들 의견 부탁드립니다.
