Wow, the house hunting quotes here are all over the place. Is the spread normally this big in this area? I thought the conditions were the same but the amounts are so different that it's hard to explain to my parents. I'm preparing to study abroad and looking into it alone — did everyone else get this impression at first? Just tell me whatever you happen to know, no pressure.

와 여기 집 구하기 견적 진짜 제각각이네요. 원래 이 동네는 이렇게 집값 편차가 큰가요? 저는 유학 준비 중이라 혼자서 알아보고 있는데, 같은 조건이라고 생각했던 곳들도 막상 견적을 받아보니 금액이 너무 달라서 부모님께 설명드리기가 정말 어렵더라고요.
사진처럼 거리에 보이는 건물이나 풍경도 한국이랑 많이 다른데, 이렇게 독특한 디자인의 버스 정류장 같은 구조물도 보이고 그 위에 LG 에어컨 실외기가 달려있는 모습이 신기해서 찍어봤어요. 처음 이곳에 거주 준비하셨던 분들도 저처럼 이렇게 뭘 기준으로 봐야 할지 막막하고 혼란스러운 느낌 받으셨나요? 선배님들께서 아는 만큼만 편하게 알려주시면 정말 감사하겠습니다!
