Is it calculated based on your final salary when you leave?
My contract is ending soon and I'm confused about exactly how end-of-service pay is calculated. My salary changed when I was promoted, so I'm curious which point's salary it's based on, and I've also heard there are downsides if you're not enrolled in the unemployment insurance, which worries me.

곧 계약 만료를 앞두고 있는데 퇴직금 계산 기준이 정확히 어떻게 되는지 헷갈려요.
승진하면서 급여가 달라졌는데 어느 시점 급여로 계산되는건지도 궁금하고, 실업보험 관련해서 가입 안 해놓으면 불이익이 있다는 말도 들어서 걱정입니다.
