I thought the dealer handled everything when buying a car...
Hello. I'm living in Dubai. An acquaintance who moved here before me said "for buying a car, the dealer pretty much does everything for you." But as I actually started preparing, I noticed a few things I have to check myself, so I'd appreciate a rundown. It's different from what my acquaintance said and I'm confused.
