Two eye-test quotes and one is double the other, wow
I'm looking into settling in Dubai after retirement. I'm trying to convert my Korean license to a local one, and when I asked two places for eye-test quotes, the amounts they gave me were pretty far apart. It's the same test, so I'd like to ask which one is the benchmark, what the usual range is, and whether there are official approved centers you're supposed to use. One place quoted nearly double what I thought it cost, which threw me.

안녕하세요, 은퇴 후 두바이 정착을 알아보고 있습니다. 한국 면허를 현지 면허로 교환하려고 하는데, 시력검사가 필수라고 해서 견적을 두 곳에 문의했어요. 그런데 말씀해 주시는 금액이 제법 차이가 커서 많이 혼란스럽네요.
사진처럼 넓은 주차 공간들을 보니 운전면허가 꼭 필요하겠다 싶어서 빨리 교환하고 싶은데, 시력검사 비용이 이렇게 두 배 가까이 차이가 나니 어디를 기준으로 삼아야 할지 모르겠습니다.
이렇게 시원하게 뻗은 도로를 보니 현지 운전이 필수인 것 같아 더욱 면허 교환을 서두르고 싶은데요. 보통 시력검사 비용은 어느 정도가 적정선인지, 그리고 공인 센터 같은 공식 지점이 따로 있는지 궁금해서 여쭤봅니다. 먼저 정착하신 분들의 조언을 부탁드립니다.
