Anyone swapping their license??

I'm looking into starting a business in Dubai and people say it's a pain without a car, so I want to convert my license first. The company only covers part of the car costs so I'm paying some of it myself, and I half-heard somewhere that you can convert a Korean license. They say a lot of countries are on the approved list. Does anyone know exactly? I'd also like to hear from people who've actually done the swap.
