What are deposits and first-home terms like these days?
I've been in Dubai for 3 months and I'm about to sign for a place, but everyone says something different about the deposit. Looking at posts from last year, it seems different from now... has anything changed as of this year? I also heard there are separate terms now for buying your first home — anyone know?

보증금이랑 첫집 조건 요즘 어떤가요
두바이 온 지 3개월 됐고 이제 집 계약하려는데 보증금 얘기가 사람마다 다르더라구요. 작년에 올라온 글 보니까 지금이랑 다른 거 같아서... 올해 기준으로 바뀐 거 있는지, 처음 집 살 때 조건도 따로 생겼다던데 아시는 분?
