I heard there's a cap on rent increases in Dubai — is that true?
I'm renewing my contract and the landlord quoted a big increase, so I'm looking into whether there really is a cap. I'm also looking at buying, so while I'm at it I'd like to ask about leasehold terms and construction delays too.
