Do Dubai residents also have to file the overseas financial account report?
I moved to Dubai last year and opened an account, and I'm confused about whether I have to report overseas financial accounts to Korea's National Tax Service. Some people around me say you're exempt and others say you're not — does anyone know for sure? I haven't done the overseas Korean resident registration yet.

해외금융계좌 신고 두바이 거주자도 해야하나요
작년에 두바이로 넘어와서 계좌 열었는데 한국 국세청에 해외금융계좌 신고해야 하는지 헷갈립니다.
주변에서는 면제된다는 얘기도 있고 아니라는 얘기도 있어서 정확히 아시는 분 계신가요.
재외국민 등록은 아직 안 한 상태입니다.
