Heard end-of-service pay is capped at two years' worth, yikes
I got two quotes to work out my end-of-service pay in Dubai and the amounts were way too different.
One of them goes off the full last monthly salary and the other says to look at basic pay only.
On top of that I half-heard there's a cap, but I don't know exactly what it is.
I can't even remember where I heard it. Someone lay this out for me.

퇴직금 2년치 상한이라던데 ㄷㄷ
두바이서 퇴직금 계산해보려고 견적 두 군데서 받았는데 금액이 너무 달라서
한쪽은 마지막으로 받은 전체 월급 기준으로 말하고 다른 쪽은 기본급만 보라고 하네
거기다 상한이 있다는 얘기도 얼핏 들었는데 정확히 뭔지 모르겠고
어디서 들었는지 기억도 안 나네 정리 좀
