Can you cash out unused annual leave when you resign?
I've agreed to leave next month and I've barely used any of my annual leave. The company says they'll settle it when I go, but I don't know exactly how it's calculated. I also heard that after leaving, while sorting out the visa, I have to redo the medical test, and I'm curious what I need to prepare for that. I'm also weighing whether to change jobs or just switch over to a freelance visa.

퇴사하면 못쓴 연차 돈으로 받을 수 있나요
다음달에 퇴사하기로 했는데 그동안 연차를 거의 못 썼습니다.
회사에서는 퇴사할 때 정산해준다고는 하는데 정확히 어떻게 계산되는지 모르겠고, 퇴사 후에 비자 정리하면서 건강검진도 다시 받아야 한다고 들었는데 뭘 준비해야 하는지도 궁금합니다.
이직 아니면 그냥 프리랜서 비자로 갈아탈까도 고민 중입니다.
