I thought an Outstanding school rating just meant it was good..
My child lives in Dubai and I have to explain the school situation to my parents, and I vaguely heard the word Outstanding from people around me. I thought it just meant a good school, but when I looked it up there seem to be specific criteria behind it. Since I'm in Korea, I don't really know the perspective of parents on the ground. Can I explain it to my parents accurately?
