What do you do when the landlord suddenly changes their story at Dubai rental renewal?
My 1-year contract is ending and the landlord only told me the renewal terms right as it was about to expire. As far as I know, written notice is supposed to come in advance, so I'm wondering what a tenant can do in a case like this.
