What's actual life around the Marina like?
I've been assigned to Dubai as an expat posting and my spouse will be coming with me. An acquaintance who went ahead of us says the Marina area is livable, but someone else said something different, so I'm confused. For those who have actually lived there, what's it like? I'm curious about the pros and cons.
