Wow, the rental contract here is pretty different
I'm looking at housing while considering Dubai for life after retirement. I got a draft contract and some of the clauses I always saw in Korea just aren't there. Are rental contracts here normally this simple? Could I also ask what I absolutely need to check when signing, and which documents I should have ready in advance?

두바이로 은퇴 후 거주를 검토하며 집을 알아보고 있습니다.
계약서 초안을 받아 봤는데 한국에서 늘 보던 항목들이 빠져 있어서요.
원래 이곳 임대 계약서는 이렇게 간단한 편인가요?
계약할 때 꼭 확인해야 할 부분이나 미리 챙겨야 할 서류 같은 것도 여쭤봐도 될까요?
