Moving with a 3rd grader and the move-in cleaning is insane...

I'm preparing to move from Korea to Dubai, and the timing is awkward because my kid is in 3rd grade and there's the school year to think about. I want to hire someone locally for the pre-move-in cleaning, but every company says something different and I can't settle on a baseline. Roughly when should I book, what should I check, and is doing it myself just too much? With kids around I'm also worried about dust and chemicals. Advice from anyone who's been through it would be appreciated.
