Is the mortgage limit really that different for expats vs UAE nationals?
While looking at places, the topic of mortgages came up and I heard the borrowing limit is quite different for UAE nationals versus expats. I'm curious exactly how big the gap is, and whether it matters if it's your first home or not. I'd like at least a rough idea before I put together my financing plan.
