Do you actually get the full deposit back when you move out?
I'm on a one-year rental in JVC and I vaguely heard that when the contract ends and you move out they don't hand the deposit back right away, which worries me. I'm told it comes through within a few days if you pass the check-out inspection — has anyone actually been through it? Even the agent just says it varies case by case, which is frustrating.
