Is it normal for rent in Dubai to go up this much every year?
It's renewal time on my 1-bed in Dubai Marina and the landlord is asking for a pretty steep increase. It feels like a big jump from last year's contract, so I'm wondering whether this is just common or whether our building is unusual. I changed jobs not long ago so moving would be a burden too.

이번에 두바이 마리나 쪽 1베드 렌트 갱신 시기가 됐는데 집주인이 인상률을 꽤 세게 부르네요.
작년 계약할 때보다 체감상 많이 뛴 것 같아서 이게 원래 흔한 일인지 저희 건물만 유별난 건지 궁금합니다.
