21 days of severance?? Kind of surprised when I first heard that lol
I'm in my second year living in Dubai and I'm getting ready to change jobs, so I need to calculate my end-of-service pay in advance to plan my budget. I vaguely heard it accrues based on basic salary, but I still don't know how it changes depending on years of service. I'm also curious whether it's the same now as what I heard last year, and if anyone has actually gone through the final settlement, please share your experience.

두바이 거주 2년차인데 이직을 준비하면서 퇴직금을 미리 계산해 예산을 잡아야 해서요.
기본급 기준으로 쌓인다는 얘기를 얼핏 들었는데, 연차별로 어떻게 달라지는지 아직 모르겠어요.
