Anyone signing their first place in Dubai?? I don't see this in the contract
I'm three months into Dubai and it's my first housing contract so there's a lot I don't know lol. I half-heard somewhere that there's some kind of perk if you buy your first home, but I don't see that item anywhere in the contract. I don't know whether it just isn't written into the contract or whether you apply for it separately... Would really appreciate it if people here shared their experience :(
