Does everyone flounder like this the first time they hire a helper?
I've been swamped moving my kid to a new school, so I'm only now looking into a helper, and I don't even know what to decide first, plus the contract terms are unfamiliar so I feel lost. I don't really have anyone around to ask, so I'm posting here.

도우미 처음 쓰시는 분들 다 이렇게 헤매시나요
이번에 아이 학교를 옮기면서 정신이 없어서 이제야 도우미를 알아보고 있는데, 뭐부터 정해야 하는지도 모르겠고 계약서 조건도 낯설어서 막막합니다. 주변에 물어볼 사람이 마땅치 않아 여쭤봅니다.
