Can someone check whether this company setup order is right?
I'm setting up a one-person consulting company and I'm confused about the order of applying for the licence versus opening the account. People around me say open the account first, and some posts say the licence comes first, so I don't know which is correct. Anyone who's done it, please tell me the order.

1인 컨설팅 법인을 준비 중인데 라이선스 신청이랑 계좌 개설 순서를 어떻게 잡아야 할지 헷갈립니다.
주변에서는 계좌부터 열어야 한다고 하고 어떤 글에서는 라이선스가 먼저라고 해서 뭐가 맞는지 모르겠어요.
