Is it doable to make friends outside of work?
I've been looking into moving to Dubai / staying there long term lately. My situation is closest to 'thinking about working in Dubai after I graduate'. Is it doable to make friends outside of work? Especially if there's something first-timers tend to miss, please tell me. Practical talk about costs or contracts is welcome too.
