What's the atmosphere like in Dubai apartment communities?
I've lived here a while, but I'm looking to move to a different community. My spouse is strongly against it, so I need something concrete we can look at together. I'm curious what the community feels like on weekday evenings and weekends, how responsive the management office is, and whether the community facilities are pleasant.
