No idea how much financing you get on an off-plan property
We're a newlywed couple considering signing for an off-plan property. I heard the mortgage terms differ from a completed property, but I don't know exactly how, and I'm also curious how long pre-approval takes.

완공 전 분양 매물을 계약할까 고민 중인 신혼부부입니다.
기존 완공 매물이랑 대출 조건이 다르다는 얘기를 들었는데 정확히 어떻게 다른지 모르겠고, 사전승인 받는 데 얼마나 걸리는지도 궁금합니다.
