Is the antibody titer test mandatory for a dog when moving to Dubai?
I'm moving to Dubai soon and plan to bring my dog. I've heard you have to do something called an antibody titer test — I'm curious exactly what the process is and whether it's unavoidable. He's a small dog and all his vaccinations are up to date.
