How is the first-home purchase program in Dubai in practice?
I'm looking into buying my first home in Dubai, and an acquaintance who's been living here a while has told me various things. He says there's some program, and also that there's no legally fixed deposit amount, and his account differs from what I read online, so I'm confused.
