Do I need to sort out residency status before I get a job?
I'm seriously looking at moving to Dubai. I'm in the middle of comparing salary against after-tax income, and do I need to sort out residency status before I get a job? People keep saying a short trip and actually living there are two different things, so I'd like to hear from people who've done it. Forget the sales pitch, what should I be looking at first in terms of actually settling in?
