I thought you could open a Dubai bank account from Korea in advance..
From posts put up last year, it sounded like non-residents can open a Dubai bank account from Korea in advance. But there's also talk that this changed recently, and last year's posts are probably different from now, so I want to confirm. I'm not living there yet so my ID and proof of address may be insufficient, but I'm looking at moving assets over, so whether I can open an account matters a lot. If anyone has done it recently, I'd appreciate your advice.

두바이 은행 계좌 한국에서 미리 열 수 있는 줄 알았는데..
작년에 올라온 글들을 보면 비거주자도 두바이 은행 계좌를 한국에서 미리 개설할 수 있다고 하더군요.
그런데 최근에 바뀌었다는 이야기도 있고, 작년 글들은 지금과 다를 것 같아서 확인하고 싶습니다.
저는 아직 현지 거주 전이라 신분이나 주소 증빙이 부족할 수 있는데, 자산 이전 검토 중이라 계좌 개설 가능 여부가 중요합니다.
혹시 최근에 직접 진행해보신 분 계시면 조언 부탁드립니다.
