How heavy is the rent or deposit for a small office in Dubai?
I want to get a small office in Dubai and start a business. Last time I jumped in without properly reading the contract and got burned by costs I didn't expect, so this time I want to look everything over in advance and avoid mistakes. Nothing is confirmed yet, but I toured a few places this week and found one I like, hence the question. If you sign a commercial or studio lease rather than a residential one, how heavy is the burden?
