Who pays the agent's commission on a rental?
I'm looking for a place and I'm confused about whether the tenant or the landlord pays the agent's commission. The clause in the contract is worded ambiguously, so I'm asking. Is there a standard practice?

집 구하는 중인데 에이전트 수수료를 세입자가 내는 건지 집주인이 내는 건지 헷갈립니다.
계약서 보면 항목이 애매하게 적혀있어서 여쭤봅니다.
