Can non-residents open a bank account in Dubai?
My visa hasn't come through yet but I'd like to get a bank account open first. Are there banks that let you open one as a non-resident? It's for salary transfers, so I want to have it ready in advance.

아직 비자 안 나온 상태인데 은행 계좌부터 열어두고 싶어서요.
비거주자 신분으로도 개설 가능한 은행 있나요.
