Paid the 20% down payment on a Dubai apartment — what do I prepare now?
I signed for an apartment in Dubai for the first time and paid the down payment, but I don't have a good sense of what else I need to handle regarding the next steps, service charges, or the mortgage. I'm also considering going for a Golden Visa and I'm curious what the requirements are. Advice from people with experience would be appreciated.

안녕하세요, 이번에 두바이에서 아파트 계약하고 계약금 20%를 냈는데, 이후 절차나 관리비, 대출 관련해서 뭘 더 준비해야 할지 감이 잘 안 잡혀요.
지금 제가 지내는 방을 찍어봤는데, 벽에는 포스터가 몇 장 붙어 있고 햇살이 따뜻하게 들어오는 편이에요.
