Is it true you pay a penalty for leaving a Dubai job early?
I signed a two-year contract with my current company but for personal reasons I want to leave after just one year. I've heard from various places that there's a penalty or some disadvantage if you leave before the contract term is up — does anyone know exactly what that's based on? The company I'm moving to is already decided and I'm also looking into transferring the visa sponsorship.
