Is a rent renewal increase this big even allowed in Dubai?
My contract is up so I got the renewal notice, and the increase the landlord is asking for feels a bit steep. I vaguely heard there's a cap on how much they can raise it based on market rates in the area, but I don't know the details. We're newlyweds and money is tight, so I'm asking ahead of time.
