Is the atmosphere different now compared to last year?
Is the atmosphere in Dubai's residential communities different now compared to last year? There's no comparing it to jeonse (Korean lump-sum lease deposit) so I have no feel for it. It looks like my spouse will be coming with me, so I'd like to learn a bit in advance. Curious how it feels to people actually living there.

두바이 주거 단지 분위기가 작년이랑 지금이랑 다른가요? 한국 전세랑 비교 자체가 안 되니 감이 없네요. 배우자랑 같이 가게 될 것 같은데 미리 좀 알아두고 싶어서요. 실제로 지내시는 분들 느낌 궁금합니다.
