Heard the cut-off date is changing — does it apply to my kid?
I'm getting ready to put my child into kindergarten next year and I vaguely heard that the age cut-off is changing. My kid's birthday falls in an awkward spot, so I can't tell whether it applies to us or not.

내년에 아이를 유치원에 넣으려고 준비중인데 나이 기준일이 바뀐다는 얘기를 얼핏 들었습니다.
저희 애는 생일이 애매한 시기라 해당이 되는지 안되는지 헷갈려서 여쭤봅니다.
