Are non-compete clauses actually enforceable when you change jobs in Dubai?
I got a job offer, but my current employment contract has a non-compete clause and it's holding me up. I'd be moving to a company in the same industry — I'm curious whether this actually has legal force or whether plenty of people just ignore it in practice.
