About to be posted here and they say my spouse qualifies for ILOE — is that true?
I'm about to be posted abroad by my company. My spouse is coming with me and will be quitting the job back in Korea to follow me, and I heard there's something like unemployment insurance here. I worked at a Korean company for 7 years and I'll probably start working locally too. My spouse is strongly against the move, so I need something solid to point to. With this situation, could we get something like ILOE? Would appreciate a verdict.

주재원 발령을 앞두고 있습니다. 배우자가 같이 가는데, 한국에서 다니던 회사를 그만두고 따라올 예정이라 실업보험 비슷한 제도가 있다고 들었어요. 제가 한국 회사에 7년 다녔고, 현지에서도 일을 시작하게 될 것 같은데, 배우자 반대가 심해서 정확한 근거가 필요합니다. 이 조건이면 ILOE 같은 거 받을 수 있을까요? 판정 부탁드립니다.
