Getting a solo consulting licence — what's the order?
I want to quit my current job and keep doing consulting as a freelancer, but I don't know whether the licence comes first or the office lease. I already have residency through my spouse's visa so that part is fine, but the rest is a blank.

혼자 컨설팅 라이선스 내려는데 순서가 궁금해요
지금 다니는 회사 그만두고 프리랜서로 컨설팅 일을 계속 해보려고 하는데 라이선스부터 받아야 하는 건지 사무실 계약이 먼저인지 순서를 모르겠습니다.
비자는 배우자 비자로 이미 있는 상태라 그 부분은 괜찮은데 나머지가 막막합니다.
