Buying an apartment and I had no idea service charges varied this much
I'm an office worker in my 30s thinking about buying a place in Dubai for the first time. I've only rented until now and I'm looking at buying an apartment with a mortgage, but the service charge — basically the maintenance fee — differs so much between listings that it threw me. It's a fixed monthly cost so I want to look at it carefully when setting my budget.

아파트 사려는데 서비스차지가 이렇게 차이 날 줄 몰랐어요
이번에 두바이에서 처음 집을 살까 고민 중인 30대 직장인입니다.
렌트만 하다가 대출 받아서 아파트 매입을 알아보는 중인데 매물마다 관리비 개념인 서비스차지 차이가 커서 당황스럽네요.
예산 잡을 때 이것도 매달 나가는 고정비라 신중하게 보고 싶습니다.
