Is the neighborhood atmosphere different now compared to last year?
There's no comparing it to Korea so I can't find a baseline. I have two kids in elementary school so I'm mainly looking at neighborhoods near schools — I'm curious whether the community feel or the general vibe has changed much since last year. Just your gut impressions are fine, I'd like to hear them.

작년이랑 지금이랑 동네 분위기 다른가요?
한국이랑 많이 달라서 집 구할 때 어떤 기준을 세워야 할지 영 감이 안 오네요. 초등학생 두 아이가 있어서 학교 근처 동네 위주로 알아보고 있습니다.
지금은 이런 분위기의 집을 보고 있는데, 창문이 있고 베이지색 벽에 나무 바닥이 있는 공간입니다.
